Calisma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanligindan - Agir ve tehlikeli isler yönetmeliginde degisiklik yapilmasina dair yönetmelik
Abstract/Citation
Amends Art. 5(1) by replacing the words "joint health Unit at worplace" by "Health and security Unit at workplace, joint health and security Unit".
Adds a sentence after the words "Health centre" concerning family doctors and health centres.
Repeals several lines in the table of Annex 1 on heavy and dangerous works (47, 48, 60, 63, 68...151) as well as the words "pot, clay, tile" mentioned in the line 14 of the table, the words "material to contain joint" in line 133 and in line 149 "bookbinder, folder, folder product and similar works".
Replaces the words mentioned in line 118 "maintenance and restoration works" with "maintenance, restoration and infrastructure works".
