Second Region

Provides that women graduates shall not be appointed to defined posts unless they have practised nursing in certain ministries for one year. Stipulates that instructions concerning training and practice shall be issued, subject to certain considerations (e.g. no night shift assignments). Women appointed to military, medical, hygienic, engineering and educational jobs are excluded from the scope of application. Repeals Resolution Nos. 730 of 1985-06-25 and 884 of 1985-07-31.
