Abstract/Citation: Introduces the following 5 chapters on the basis of the Disabled Workers' Compensation Act of 2009:
Chapter 1 (art. 1) concerning purpose and scope of the Order.
Chapter 2 (art. 2-9) concerning affirmative action in the labour market and access to transport.
Chapter 3 (art. 10-29) concerning personal assistants for disabled persons in the labour market or educational institutions; the skills required of the assistants; assistance if the disabled person falls ill or is on work-related travel; the amount of compensations; and the disabled worker's obligation to provide sufficient information.
Chapter 4 (art. 30-34) concerning personal assistance for the disabled during adult education and/or higher education.
Chapter 5 (art. 35-37) concerning complaints, appeals and entry into force.
