Abstract/Citation: Introduces the following 4 chapters based on the Active Employment Policy Act:
Chapter 1 (art. 1-7) concerning the access to 6 weeks education of choice; the calculation method for the 6 weeks; educations; and availability.
Chapter 2 (art. 8-10) concerning required educational background for different choices; age limits; and full-time student requirements for enrolment in a higher education.
Chapter 3 (art. 11-14) concerning vocational training, including demands for educational background, distance learning, reimbursement of transport and daily subsistence allowance.
Chapter 4 (art. 15) concerning entry into force.
Annex 1 concerning the range of educations and vocational training available in accordance with the Order is attached.
