Abstract/Citation: The Law imposes a number of solutions in order to improve the employment opportunities of older workers including:
- Integration subsidies for employers for hiring older workers (aged 50 years and over);
- "Combination wage" for older unemployed workers, for taking a new lower paid job;
- Increased promotion of vocational training;
- New option of a fixed-term employment lasting up to five years for workers aged 52 and over.
