Abstract/Citation

Implements Act No. 405-II of 2003 and governs the implementation of the National Social Insurance Fund activities related to financial instruments. Article 1 provides definitions for: "assets of the Fund"; "asset management"; "trustee" (the National Bank of Kazakhstan); "agreement on the trust money and securities"; "financial instruments". The rest of the articles provides for the management of funds and assets by the trustee.
