Second Region

The percentage of foreign workers in banks and insurance companies and private financial companies should not exceed 3% of the total number of employees. The are to be employed only on the condition that no-one with their qualifications is available locally. In addition, the total number of non Arab foreign workers in one work place should not exceed 10% of the total number of the employees and their compensation and salaries should not exceed 30% of the total salary of all the employees.
