|Abstract/Citation:||Makes amendments to the Acts regarding occupational accidents and procedures to follow by employer in case of such accident, also includes occupational disease definition.
Amends sections concerning employers obligation to keep work accident records for 10 years and immediately report accident to the Health and Safety Inspectorate. Also makes amendments to the diagnosis of occupational disease by medical professionals, who can now send patients for further medical examinations in order to establish the cause of illness.
