Amends Act No. 4447 of 25/08/1999 establishing Unemployment Insurance (adds a temporary Article 8 concerning shorter working hours and amends para 1 of temporary Article 7 (change words "one year" to "two years")).

Also amends the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31/05/2006 Article 97 para 7 (invoices and annexed documentation to be provided by health service providers); adds a para following para 4 of Article 100; adds a para following para 1 of Article 102, change in the second para (a) and (b) to (b) and adds following "8th" "9th"; adds an additional Article 1 (notifications made to the institution to be considered as enough); adds a sentence to para 1(b) of Article 5 (internship of students), adds a sentence to para 1 of Article 93 (prohibition of sequestration of income, etc.) and to temporary Article 14 (old age allowance).

Amends the Association Act No. 5253 of 04/11/2004 (adds a sentence to para 2 of Article 10 (rehabilitation of disabled and former prisoners).

Amends Labour Act No. 4857 of 22/05/2003 (adds words to para 3 (c) of Article 18 (social security institutions).

Repeals para 3 of Article 711 of the Commercial Act No. 6762 of 29/06/1956.
