Abstract/Citation: Appoints 1 May 2001 as the day under section 6BA(17) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, for the purposes of section 6BA(5), (7) and (8) of the Ordinance. Section 6BA(17) provides "(17) The Secretary for Education and Manpower may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint a day for the purposes of subsections (5), (7) and (8)." These articles concern the proprietor of relevant industrial undertaking not employing persons who do not have the relevant safety training certificate.
