| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the "Education and Training Quality Control Organization". The Organization is to, inter alia, draw up directional guidelines including quality control indicators for educational and training institutions as well as for the review of operations, mechanisms and regulations of quality performance. They are also to prepare and conduct national examinations to test performance levels in primary and secondary schools. Provides for the functioning of the Organization as well as its powers. |
