| Abstract/Citation: | This Decree replaces Article 109, Article 110 and Article 110 (Bis) with amended ones. These articles relate to the establishment of federations, the legal personality of trade unions and federations and their independence without any interventions. No penalty, or penalty of dismissal, is authorized for workers' representatives in trade unions, or federations, or the confederation of Trade Unions of the Sultanate of Oman on grounds of their trade union activities. |
