| Abstract/Citation: | It adapts the national legislation to the Directive 2002/74/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. In article 1, it refers to cases of bankruptcy of the employer. In the last paragraphs of the article 1 it mentions also the part-time workers. Finally, in article 5, it is stipulated the conditions for issuing state financial aid to the victims of the employers insolvency. |
