Adapts the national legislation to the Directive 2002/14/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 11 March 2002, setting up the general framework determining the minimum preconditions for the right of information and consultation of workers in businesses based in Greece. Stipulates the conditions for the provision information and consultation as a result of an agreement, the protection of the worker's representatives, as well as the protection of the worker's rights.
