Second Region

The Law is divided into two main Parts: Part One amends three definitions of Law No. 1/2006 changing it from the management of the employers' affairs to human resource management; the committee for employers' affairs is amended to read the committee for human resources; and the assistance agent(s) is amended to read executive manager(s). Part Two repeals and replaces Articles: 14, 28, 32, 33,39, 45, 53, and 81. Article 53 now reads as follows: "The employee is entitled to paid leave following the approval of the Prime Minister in order to conduct research or further study or duties related to culture, art, literature, science or sports, even if the subject is not related directly to the type of work the employee performs. A chart is annexed stating the conditions for such vacations."
