b) Directive 2002/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 5, 2002.
c) Directive 2003/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 14, 2003.
d) Directive 2003/75/EC of the Commission of July 29, 2003.
e) Directive 98/18/EC of the Council of May 17, 1998.

It amends the article 2, 5, 7, 7A and 7B of the Law No. 58(I) of 2002. Replacing article 16 and Appendix A of the same law.
