Abstract/Citation: These Regulations give effect to part V of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 and of the 1978 Protocol to that Convention (Cmd.7346) in respect of the use of the automatic pilot on Hong Kong ships and other ships while in the waters of Hong Kong. The Regulations replace similar United Kingdom Regulations.
