| Abstract/Citation: | Inserts a new section 180 a for the Social Services Act, respecting inter-state refunds in accordance with EC regulation. Amends several sections of the Notification (No. 759 of 2005) of the Social Pension Act (No. 1219 of 2004), inter alia with respect to cooperation between Danish authorities and authorities in Greenland and the Faeroe Islands (s. 54) and repayment by the State of municipal expenditures (new s. 55). Amends several sections of the Notification (No. 760 of 2005) of Act (No. 1164 of 2003) respecting the highest, intermediate, increased general and early retirement pension, inter alia respecting inter-state refunds in accordance with EC regulation (a new s. 52 a). |
