Second Region

Establishes a financial program for environmental issues:
a) for 3220 unemployed, aged between 18 and 40, in order to acquire professional experience related to management of natural resources, under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment and Public Works, and the first and second level organizations of local administration (internships).
b) for enterprises in order to create 1000 new professional posts for unemployed persons aged between 18 and 64.
