Abstract/Citation
Chapter A: amends previous laws and presidential decrees on curriculum, programs of studies, grading system, and other structural and organizational issues of the Technological Education Institutions (T.E.I.).
Chapter B: tackles with issues of academic staff, professors of experimental education, special technical personnel, administrative personnel.
Chapter C: stipulates student affairs and focuses especially on the transfer of T.E.I. graduates to university superior educational institutions.
Chapter D: among other issues, it refers to the positions of special advisers to the National Institute of Youth, and their role and competences.
