It amends several provisions of the Regulations on the proceedings on Social Security: Articles 30 (nature of the work), 36 (firms that do not enter into the scope of the regulations), 73 (non-reimbursement of amounts paid in cash), 78 (allocations for beneficiaries¿ children), 104 (calculation of the insurance premium), 109 (registration of new contributors, etc.), 110 (mistake in the registration), 111 (obligation for the employee to keep some documents), 115 (payment or premiums), 116 (delays in the payment of the premium), 118 (change of classification for the construction sector), 119 (wrong declarations), 121 (fines to be paid in case of absence or wrong declarations), temporary Article 7 (change of status).

It also repeals Paragraph 2 of Article 83 (condition for payment of premium).
