Abstract/Citation: Amends sections 9, 19, 44 a and 46 of the the Aliens' Act (No. 826 of 2006), and introduces new sections 11 d (respecting the rejection of applications for residence permits admitted for a certain period of time) and 44 d (respecting education for holders of residence permits).

Also amends section 31 a of the of the Active Employment Contributions Act (No. 419 of 2003).

The Act is not applicable to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
