Abstract/Citation
Defines the cases in which the employer can request the worker to do overtime, such as when essential work needs to be done following a disaster, in cases where machinery needs to be fixed urgently so the work can be finished on time for certain deadlines and in case of emergency. Overtime can not exceed 12 hours of continuous work.
