Abstract/Citation: Amends the Act governing the right to fly the flag (as last amended 10 May 1978, BGB1., Part I, p. 613) by adding the International Ships' Registry. Contains provisions on the applicability of the law of the Federal Republic of Germany and of certain collective agreements to the employment relationship of crew members who are not residents of the FRG and who serve on a ship registered with the International Ships' Registry.
