| Abstract/Citation: | It amends transitional Article 25 of Social Insurance Act No. 506 dated 17/07/1964 by replacing the words "report of the medical board of a health establishment" by "health report". It replaces the date "31/12/2005" by "31/12/2007" in temporary Article 91, paragraph 7. It amends Article 140 paragraphs 4 and 5 (concerning administrative fines and the right of recourse the concerned person has (legal remedies, authorities to be applied and time limits; default interests in case of non payment, etc.). |
