| Abstract/Citation: | It amends several Articles of the Regulation No. 24832 dated 31/07/2002 on seafarers: Article 13 and its title (concerning passenger ship Masters performing regular navigation intercity lines), Article 15 and its title (rights and competences of masters, watchkeeping officers, chief engineers and engineer officers) Article 32, paragraph 2 (crew and boatswain examination) Article 61 paragraph 4 (medical examinations and rules applicable for crew of ships smaller than 200 GT and fishing boats) Article 75 (registration procedures) Transitional Article 2, Part 1 (language test) It adds a temporary Article 6 regarding working hours of seafarers according to their position. |
