| Abstract/Citation: | These Regulations give workers a statutory entitlement to annual leave with pay. They apply to all workers over compulsory school age, with certain exceptions (regulation 3). By virtue of the Annual Leave (Agency Workers and Trainees) Order 2007, "worker" for this purpose includes agency workers and certain trainees. |
