Provides for the publication on the Danish Working Environment Authority's website of the OSH situation at a workplace. An enterprises is issued a "Green Smiley" when it has obtained a certificate that the OSH rules are respected, a "Yellow Smiley" when an inspection has decided that an OSH rule is violated and a "Red Smiley" when the inspection has decided upon an improvement notice.
