Describes the responsibilities of the relevant Ministry, institutions and affiliates and governorships relating to accident or dangerous situations before and after any nuclear and radiological accident. Regulations made under Law No. 2690 on Turkish Atomic Energy Institution of 9/7/1982, Article 4 and the Radiation Safety Statute, No. 85/9727 Article 4 which entered into force 24/07/1985.
