| Abstract/Citation: | Concerns conditional expulsion, increased severity of the rules on expulsion and the rules respecting prohibition of entry into the country etc. Amends numerous provisions; adds, i.a., new ss. 24a (expulsion in connection with penal sentence), 24b (conditional expulsion with period of probation) and 25c (expulsion in certain other cases of foreigners with residence permit having been convicted of penal offences). |
