Abstract/Citation: Adds new ss. 5(2), 5a(5) (prohibition of discrimination does not prevent special rules regarding wages for young persons below 18 years to be regulated in collective agreement); and 5a(6) (prohibition of discrimination based on age is not applicable to young persons under 15 years, unless the employment is regulated by collective agreement).
