Abstract/Citation: Provides for duty for young people under 25 years of age to undertake training, complement to aliens' integration contracts, offer to daily cash and initial help beneficiaries, who have not been activated during the last year, resumed activation, special integration effort, loss of daily cash benefits to spouse remaining at home or loss of spouse supplement, strengthened follow-up of sickness with regard to daily cash and initial help beneficiaries and amendment of rules respecting reimbursement of cash benefits etc.

Act No. 685 of 2005: Adds new s. 21b (duty for unemployed young persons below 25 years of age to undertake training), new chapters 9a (integration contract) and 17a (special efforts with regard to persons receiving daily cash benefits etc.) and new ss. 92(1)(2) and 96(3); amends ss. 118(2) and 122.

Act No. 1009 of 2005: Adds, i.a., new ss. 12b (follow-up of illness), 13(2)(5) and (6), 13(3)(2), 31(4), 38b and 100a; text of ss. 13(8) and 100(1) repealed and replaced by new text; amends various provisions.
