Abstract/Citation: Determines who is entitled to familiy benefits, childcare benefits and sets the benefits scale. Regulates the right of individuals getting childcare benefits to be employed and remunerated.
The amendment of law No. 31/1997 on the protection of children and guardianship contains additional provisions on childcare benefits.
