Abstract/Citation
This Order confers a new Constitution on St. Helena and its dependencies. It provides for an appointed Governor, an Executive Council, a Legislative Council and Council Committees. Provision is made regarding a Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. The following instruments concerning constitutional and court matters are, as from the appointed day, revoked: S.I. 1964/1845, S.I. 1966/1458, S.I. 1967/1138, S.I. 1969/857, S.I. 1975/1211, S.I. 1983/1113, S.I. 1987/1268.
