Abstract/Citation: The regulations are formulated to implement the open door policy of the Party and the State, to enhance and improve political ideological activities for Chinese employees of foreign investment companies to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of Chinese employees to its greatest extent, to strengthen the operational management of enterprises and to accelerate the development of enterprises (art. 1).
