Repeals the Regulations concerning Protective Measures for Young People at Sea (R.No. 139, D.No. 81, S.No. 87 of 21 June 1969) and the Regulations concerning Mandatory Training Courses for Apprentice Seamen (R.No. 331, D.No. 203, S.No. 226 of 1 November 1977).
