|Abstract/Citation:||Provides numerous changes in the Social Security Code.
The social insurer is obliged to issue without any charge social security documents in case of termination of a labour relashionship. These documents shall be provided to the employee within 30 days of the day of the termination (Art.5, par. 7).
The employer is also obliged to provide social security documents upon a request of the employee. These documents shall be issued without any charges within 14 days of the request.
The law also provides minor changes in the method of payment of several kinds of allowances. It establishes more favourable conditions of retirement for workers who fulfil certain requirements (more than 10 years of working experience, reduced work capacity etc.)
