Amends sectsion 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 39, 40, 50, 56, 57, 69, 70 and 72 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1997; repeals sections 48, 61, 62 and 63; Inserts new Divisions 2A and 2B and 4 in Part II and adds a new Part VA.

The amendments are to, inter alia, regulate proceeds from terrorist groups.
