Abstract/Citation: Cases concerning offences by children under the age of 15 years are to be tried in the Childs Court (Art. 6). Also deals with measures and punishment of juvenile delinquents. Different measures are put in place for offenders under the age of 11 years as they cannot be prosecuted or convicted (Art. 11).
