Abstract/Citation: Provide for the minimum requirements to improve safety and health protection of workers exposed to carcinogenic and mutagenic susbtances and the precautions to take in order to avoid this exposure.
Also deal with the duties and responsibilities of employers, the measures to adopt to avoid and reduce workers exposure to such substances. Also provide for workers' right to be informed and obligation of regular medical examinations.
Follow EU Directives No. 90/394/EC of 28/6/1990, No. 97/42/EC of 27/06/1997 and No. 1999/38/EC of 29/4/1999.
