Abstract/Citation
Consolidates the 1994 Maritime Code. Upon entry into force, this Code shall supersede the Maritime Code (Official Gazette No. 17/94, 74/94, 43/96) except for the provisions concerning the registration of ships which are no longer valid.
Regulates the maritime and submarine areas of the Republic of Croatia, the safety of navigation on internal waters and the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, ship crews, contractual and other obligatory relations concerning ships, procedures concerning the identification and registration of ships, limitations of ship operator's liability, enforcement proceedings and security measures on ships.
