Abstract/Citation: Provides for establishment, functions and powers of Storting's Ombudsman for public administration. Main task of Ombudsman is to ensure that no injustice is committed against individual citizen by public administration. Ombudman's sphere of competence comprises, with few exceptions, entire public administration, at national, county and municipal levels. Complaints may be lodged against any administrative body or by official within public service. Private disputes are outside Ombudsman's competence.
