Second Region

Chapter 10 deals with persons representing bankruptcy estate. Regulates establishment of board of trustees, which shall consist of executive trustee and of a creditors' committee of from one to three trustees. Also regulates establishment of representative of employees as member of creditors' committee. Representative of employees shall be appointed by bankruptcy court at demand of majority of employees of debtor's business.
