| Abstract/Citation: | Amends sections 14 (membership), 16 (resignation from membership), 18 (protection from discrimination because of membership), 25 (membership fees), 30 (criteria for determination of competent trade unions and confederations to conduct collective bargaining), 35 (travel expenses of persons involved in colective bargaining) of Act No. 4688 of 25 June 2001. Adds to this Act a provisional section 9 providing for dates of next determination to take place. Amends also sections 8 and 78 (contributions) of Act No. 506 of 17 July 1964. |
