| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes that special parental, maternity or child-care leave under Ministerial Order No. 30 of 1981 may be granted only if it is not proceded or followed by summer vacation, school vacation, any special vacation on full or reduced pay, leasure leave or study mission, three months before commencement or three months following termination of special leave, unless requested and approved leave is at least for one full year. |
