| Abstract/Citation: | Makes provision for special parental leave, maternity or child-care leave in the following cases: (a) parental leave with full pay for mothers and wives of prisoners or missing persons for one renewable year or for 15 days prior to return of prisoner or missing person; (b) maternity leave with half pay for 4 months upon delivery leave; (c) child-care leave with full pay for mother who attends to her sick child in hospital and whose situation necessitates her presence. |
