| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the creation of a committee in charge of this matter in any establishment employing fifteen workers or more. The Committee is composed by the employer and two workers selected by the employer in consultation with the competent Labour Branch. It determines the manner of disposing of the fine-funds. In such determination, the Committee shall take in consideration the social activities in the establishment. |
