Abstract/Citation: Makes provision for principles on remunerated employment of condemned persons, principles of non-remunerated employment, basis for remuneration of condemned persons employed for cleaning and helping in prison service units, principles on granting sick leave and rest leave and principles on justification of periods not worked. Provides that a written agreement is required for work of the condemned person and basic principles on employment relationship are binding. Provides also for a minimum wage.
