Abstract/Citation
Provides for a special social allowance to miners dismissed or to be dismissed for economic reasons: a total or partial liquidation of the mines detetermined by the text. The special social allowance is defined as pecuniary benefit paid to miners on "miner leave". This leave may be granted to miners whose situation allows them to be retired in less than 3 years.
Determines the minimum amounts of the above-mentioned allowance.
