Obliges Contracting Parties to offer mutual assistance to each other in proceedings in respect of offences the punishment of which, at the time of the request for assistance, falls within the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities of the requesting Party.
Provides code of conduct for requesting Party to follow when asking for assistance.
